The purpose of the NDFB PAC and/or the North Dakota Farm Bureau PAC is to tirelessly advocate for and support North Dakota’s farmers, ranchers, and agriculture industry. While contributions are appreciated, they are entirely voluntary. Anyone may refuse to contribute at any time and failure to contribute to the NDFB PAC and/or the North Dakota Farm Bureau PAC will never result in retaliation of any manner.

Federal law prohibits soliciting contributions from any party or individual who is not a member of a restricted class of allowable donors. The restricted class of allowable donors includes non-corporate members, executive employees and administrative employees. Attempted contributions from a donor outside of the restricted class of allowable donors will not be accepted by the NDFB PAC and/or the North Dakota Farm Bureau PAC. The NDFB PAC and/or the North Dakota Farm Bureau PAC are Political Action Committees of NDFB. Contributions are voluntary and are not deductible for income tax purposes. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law and will therefore be deposited in the NDFB Foundation account.
