Chicken dumpling soup

Description

Ingredients

1 pound cooked and cubed chicken

Diced carrots and broccoli

Chopped onion

Chicken broth

Dumplings:

Beat 1 egg well

1 tsp salt

½ cup milk

1 ½ cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Add the chicken, and veggies to a boiling pot of chicken broth.

Simmer for a few hours.

Boil another kettle of broth

Stir up the dumpling concoction, drop in the boiling broth and let cook for 20 minutes.

Mix the two pots of ingredients and serve.
