ATV safety awareness

With summer comes increased outdoor activities including off road vehicle operation. NDFB Safety Coordinator Joy Mortenson says the frequency of ATV fatalities has increased as the vehicles have become more popular. She encourages everyone to increase their ATV safety awareness.
