Farm safety drawing contest winners announced

Bismarck, N.D. – North Dakota Farm Bureau (NDFB) is excited to announce the winners of the “Farm Safety Starts With Me” drawing contest for students in grades 4 and 5, held as part of NDFB Week, March 8–14. The contest encouraged students to show how they help make the farm a safer place, emphasizing that everyone — including kids — plays a role in farm safety.

This year’s winners are:

• 4th Grade Artistic: Grace Christianson from Bismarck, N.D. (Featured in header)
• 4th Grade Creative: Kaiden Ruggles from New England, N.D.
• 5th Grade Artistic: Julian McFarling from Bismarck, N.D.
• 5th Grade Creative: Sutton Schaff from Baldwin, N.D.

Each winner receives a $50 prize and will be featured in NDFB communications. NDFB thanks all students who participated and helped highlight the importance of farm safety.

NDFB Week will conclude this Friday with the NDFB Foundation Spring Harmony Gala, celebrating the work of the Foundation and its commitment to supporting farmers, families and communities across North Dakota.
