Farmers and hunters don't have to be enemies

As a hunter, and a third generation Farm Bureau guy, I’ve always balanced the enjoyment of my outdoor hobby with a healthy respect for private property rights. Our family has been trespassed upon by hunters who lacked permission, and I’ve found myself unintentionally on the wrong side of a property line. In my defense, I was being “guided” by the neighboring landowner and the event made for some unneighborly relations. In my families’ situation, our property which was some distance from our home, was constantly invaded by non-permitted trespassing hunters.
