Route 1000 is a program designed to help young drivers become more responsible by offering an incentive for safe driving. To participate, the teen must be a licensed driver under the age of 18 and must attend, with a parent or legal guardian, a one-hour safety class. At the end of the class, the teen will sign an agreement promising to follow the key points covered in the short course.

• Drive safe
• Don't drink and drive
• Buckle up

After 1,000 days of safe driving with no traffic tickets and/or accidents caused by their actions, the teen will receive a $500 check. Visit our Route 1000 page to sign you and your teen up for a class in a city near you!
