Thankful

Topic: Education

By Joey Myers, NDFB Director of Organizational Development

November is the designated month for expressing all we are thankful for and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, I want to express my thanks.

NDFB just ended the 76th Annual Meeting in Bismarck. I have been with Farm Bureau for seven years, this month. I don’t think I can remember an annual meeting running more smoothly and being that fun! Members seemed to enjoy themselves and great policy was discussed and made. The policy process is just the start. NDFB staff will stay very busy this winter defending policy and North Dakota agriculture at the state capitol.

I am thankful for my career, our members and my co-workers. I am lucky to say my co-workers are my friends and NDFB members feel like family! I am thankful for all the little things NDFB does to make the workplace more pleasant. I am thankful for my co-workers that are continually working as hard as I do. I am thankful for my boss and all his support and coaching.
